Yesterday I went to check out an upcoming new apartment complex nearby.
The complex has its own theatre, rooftop health club, spa and whatever else you need for a luxury life in the suburbs.
It was not the price that made my jaw drop. No Sir! I am well aware that 'well equipped' is a great way to up the realty rate.
It was the innocent, unassuming manner in which the pretty sales representative said it... "Four Cee R"...
4 CR....
All of a sudden, I could appreciate the word "Khoka" used in same context, to be so much more apt...
